What to Expect

Living with illness, whether recent or long-standing, can leave the body in a constant state of vigilance. Symptoms, appointments, uncertainty, and past medical experiences often overwhelm the nervous system, making it difficult to rest, regulate, or feel at home in your body. This program is designed to support regulation, resilience and embodied coping alongside medical care.

Program focus:

  • Nervous system regulation and stress reduction

  • Supporting the body’s capacity for rest and repair

  • Gentle, adaptive movement and embodied awareness

  • Emotional regulation without over-analysis or rehashing

  • Rebuilding trust and safety in the body

This work does not replace medical or mental health treatment. It complements existing care by addressing the physiological stress and dysregulation that often accompany illness.

Clients engage in an 8 container with weekly sessions. Each session is tailored to your energy levels, symptoms, and needs, and may include:

Sound bath for guided relaxation and rest

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.
