Services
All of my work supports one core process:
Moving from survival in a body shaped by illness toward safety, agency, and meaning.
I offer programs for individuals navigating illness and recovery, as well as education and consultation for healthcare professionals seeking more integrative, patient-centered approaches.
Survival to Sovereignty: An 8-Week Embodied Integration Program
A guided, trauma-informed program for individuals who have lived with illness, medical trauma, or chronic stress — and want to reconnect with their body, identity, and future.
This program supports participants in:
Understanding nervous system responses to illness and trauma
Rebuilding safety and trust in the body
Exploring identity beyond diagnosis and lost timelines
Cultivating agency, self-regulation, and self-compassion
Approaching life transitions (relationships, fertility, purpose) with greater clarity
The program integrates education, guided embodied practices, reflection, and group support in a way that is accessible, non-pathologizing, and deeply respectful of lived experience.
Reclaiming Safety: Nervous System Foundations
A shorter & accessible program focused on stabilization, regulation and understanding stress responses in the body. This program is ideal for those earlier in their healing journey or seeking foundational tools.
Life After Illness Workshops
Topic-specific workshops exploring identity and major life transitions through an embodied and trauma-informed lens.
Beyond Biology: Trauma-Informed, Patient-Centered Care
I offer education, workshops, and consultation for healthcare professionals and organizations seeking to better understand:
The lived experience of illness and survivorship
Medical trauma and nervous system dysregulation
Patient identity, agency and meaning
Integrative, collaborative approaches to care
These offerings are grounded in lived experience, clinical research, and years of speaking at multidisciplinary conferences, and are designed to complement existing medical practice.
