HomeBody is an 8-week neuroscience-informed group journey designed to help you move out of chronic survival mode and into expanded capacity.

Not by forcing positivity or bypassing pain,
But by gently restoring flexibility from the inside out.

  • Mindfulness and contemplative science

  • Principles of somatic therapy

These ideas are translated into lived experience through:

  • Gentle + trauma-informed embodied movement

  • Sensory-based mindfulness practices

  • Sound bath meditation

  • Guided reflective writing

  • Creative expression

  • Nervous system literacy and education

  • Community dialogue and co-regulation

You will not be asked to relive trauma or disclose anything beyond your comfort.

You will be invited to build capacity: gradually, safely + together.
