April 19 - June 14 | 3:00 - 4:30 PMHomeBody: Coming Home to Yourself
There are seasons of our lives that require endurance:
Prolonged stress
Illness
Trauma
Burnout
Over time, these experiences can quietly reorganize the nervous system around survival.
Life can begin to feel smaller
You may feel reactive or shut down
Exhausted, hypervigilant, numb + stuck
Less resilient than you once were
Disconnected from clarity, identity + meaning
This is not a personal failure ~ it is an intelligent survival response.
But it may leave you feeling as though you are not fully living, flourishing + thriving.
My Invitation for You
HomeBody is an 8-week neuroscience-informed group journey designed to help you move out of survival mode and into expanded capacity.
Research shows that growth from adversity becomes possible when:
The nervous system stabilizes
Emotional and cognitive capacity expand
Experiences are integrated, rather than suppressed
Identity reorganizes around strength rather than survival
HomeBody is a structured process that creates the conditions for this process ~ steadily, safely + together.
This is not about erasing what you’ve been through, bypassing pain or forcing positivity.
It is about integrating your lived experiences in a way that allows for transformation and possibility to naturally emerge.

How It Works
HomeBody weaves together modern neuroscience and contemplative practice in a way that is experiential and accessible.
The program draws from:
Stress physiology and nervous system science
Post-traumatic growth research
Predictive processing and embodied cognition
Mindfulness and contemplative science
Principles of somatic therapy
These ideas are translated into lived experience through:
Gentle, trauma-informed embodied movement
Sensory-based mindfulness practices
Sound meditation
Guided reflective writing
Creative expression
Nervous system education
Community dialogue and co-regulation
You will not be asked to relive trauma or disclose beyond your comfort.
You will be invited to build capacity ~ gradually, safely + at your own pace.
