HomeBody is an 8-week neuroscience-informed group journey designed to help you move out of survival mode and into expanded capacity.

❋ You will receive a structured digital workbook with information & journaling prompts designed to support integration and meaning-making throughout the program.

All sessions take place live online from 3:00 - 4:30 PM EST.

How It Works

HomeBody weaves together modern neuroscience and contemplative practice in a way that is experiential and accessible.

The program draws from:

  • Stress physiology and nervous system science

  • Post-traumatic growth research

  • Predictive processing and embodied cognition

  • Mindfulness and contemplative science

  • Principles of somatic therapy

These ideas are translated into lived experience through:

  • Gentle, trauma-informed embodied movement

  • Sensory-based mindfulness practices

  • Sound meditation

  • Guided reflective writing

  • Creative expression

  • Nervous system education

  • Community dialogue and co-regulation

You will not be asked to relive trauma or disclose beyond your comfort.

You will be invited to build capacity ~ gradually, safely + at your own pace.
