What clients are saying about 1:1 Inner Alchemy Healing Sessions:

I was so impressed with my session with Montana. This was one of the kindest things I did for myself in a long time. I found so much clarity with Montana’s guidance and I feel so much more centred and aware of what I need to focus on. I would highly recommend this session to anyone who is looking for guidance along their wellness journey!

I hoped to be able to get back into yoga in a way that was physically safe and encouraging for my circumstances. You totally did address this. I appreciate being able to submit so much information about my situation, then to see your classes were so clearly constructed with my circumstances and goals in mind. I felt really seen and understood. It felt amazing to feel strong in poses again, without worrying about coming up with my own modifications or feeling down about my physical limitations. It can feel difficult to communicate about my illness because I’m afraid people will react with toxic positivity, or with their own fear, or with pity, but you made it easy for me to feel understood and comfortable talking to you and being vulnerable.
I’ve gained some confidence about how much my body can still do and about joining yoga classes generally, which I think will have a positive impact on my health physically. Mentally, I really appreciated the mantras, journalling, and meditations as tools that I have to take forward. I’ve especially found the healing light meditation to be so calming and powerful, I’ve come back to it during scans or when I’m sleepless and panicky at night and I can bring myself back to a feeling of safety, power, and healing. The way that you were able to mix introspection with the elements of the world around us really resonated with me. You’re very thoughtful and insightful and I loved to have a chance to soak that up.

Montana is a very warm, compassionate healer that truly cares about your wellbeing and provides an affordable and structured format to help you find solutions to any issues negatively impacting your mental and physical health.  I believe that working with Montana over 6 weeks to find solutions and break them down into small achievable goals helped increase my self confidence and belief in myself to find a new group of friends where I live that I can go to for support and feel connected to the community. Thank you, Montana, for your help and support during this difficult time of my life to help me find myself and my new tribe!

What clients are saying about somatic-based group programs and workshops:

We are happy to recommend Montana for yoga events and wellness retreats. Montana is a soothing and rejuvenating presence and practices in a way that is safe and accessible for everyone. We had the great privilege of having her instruct a yoga session for one of our Resident Wellness Retreats, which proved to be a positive experience for all of the participants and we would be thrilled to have her back again. She has a non-judgmental and holistic approach to her practice that makes the sessions enjoyable and restoring. Thank you Montana!
— Aislynn Ebbitt, The Psychiatry Residents' Association of Toronto
On behalf of the Crohn’s and Colitis Club of Western, I cannot be more grateful to have connected with Montana. Having the opportunity to hear from her both at our Talking Sh!t educational event as well as her Restorative Yoga for Chronic Health class, truly made my own experiences with IBD feel extremely understood and validated. Her ability to be openly honest and encourage raw conversation about the challenges and the triumphs of living with chronic illness have motivated me in my personal life to prioritize my own mental wellbeing, as well as become more aware of the way I can be better supporting others around me. She is a role model to many, and I am so grateful to have been impacted by her warm and optimistic spirit through her incredible expertise in the world of IBD and chronic illness!
— Lauren Maus, President of Crohn's and Colitis; Western University
Montana’s message is one of ‘love and light,’ and you feel that greater purpose in every aspect of her approach to yoga. She is a shining, glowing, and beautiful person, and she has the ability of all great yoga teachers: to guide you through a sequence of movements, all of which take you closer to your fully present self. Montana also has a special way of fusing her passion for helping others with her instruction. She embodies the idea that time spent on one’s mat is only where yoga begins, and that the practice of yoga ultimately connects with all aspects of one’s life. I leave her classes not only feeling relaxed and uplifted, but also motivated to take my practice out into the world, and follow her example of working to create a stronger community.
