Montana always has a smile on her face! I love how open and friendly she always is; as a beginner on my yoga journey it is a blessing to have an instructor who is so caring, especially when you may feel new to the studio or your practice. Montana takes special care to set the tone and energy in the studio before class so all students can ground themselves. This makes such a HUGE difference for the practice that follows; having a very busy schedule and being able to quickly drop in and leave that all outside is key to how much I am able to enjoy my practice.
