Sacred Circle is a customizable ceremonial gathering designed to help you and your loved ones slow down, arrive fully and connect meaningfully during life’s transitions. Whether you’re preparing for your wedding day, celebrating a birthday, gathering for a bachelorette, or marking another personal milestone, this offering creates a supportive and soulful space to be present with what matters most.

Each circle is co-created with you and may include a blend of:

  • Guided meditation

  • Breathwork (down-regulating and calming)

  • Gentle movement or yoga

  • Oracle cards & intention-setting

  • Sharing circle

  • Sound healing (crystal bowls, tuning forks, hand drum, chimes)

  • Aromatherapy & nature elements

These gatherings are grounding, restorative and heart-opening. Each Sacred Circle is carefully designed for you to arrive in your body and into the significance of what you're living through.

Offered in-person or online, these gatherings can take place in private homes, rental spaces, or outdoors in nature. Sessions typically run between 1-3 hours, depending on your preferences and group size.
